Transformational Counselling/Psychotherapy
I offer a range of different therapeutic modalities to explore inner healing:
- Person centred therapy. This is very much a client-led therapy. A space where you can explore what is going on for you at your own pace, with the aim of helping you to find your way to authenticity and growth within yourself
- Cognitive behavioural therapy. Within this therapy we will largely focus on your thought processes and challenge any irrational beliefs you may have
- Mindfulness therapy. This therapy consists of different mindfulness techniques to help you to live from more of a ‘here and now’ perspective. This will not only transform any emotional and mental struggles that you have, but also help with physical health too
- Solution focused therapy. This is a very goal-oriented therapy, focusing on finding solutions and solving problems
- Existential therapy. This focuses on any anxieties you may have the meaning of life and your existence within it. It focuses more in the present rather than the past
- Exposure therapy. This is particularly good for someone who has extensive fears as it focuses on progressively overcoming these
Psychic Medium Services
I am currently developing my psychic mediumship skills, so I am offering free one to one short sessions for anyone who would like to contact their loved ones who are now in the spirit world.
I could provide you with a spiritual connection to your loved ones who have passed away. As a psychic medium, I can offer encouraging and personal messages from the spirit world, helping you find peace, closure, and insight, which can be deeply comforting and enlightening.
